An inadvertent configuration change made by a third party vendor caused a full application outage around 3pm EST. Once the cause was identified and a clean configuration deployed, all systems resumed normal operation.

We are extremely sorry for any interruption or inconvenience caused by this. Policies and procedures are being amended to ensure a similar incident can not happen again.
